Why You Get Stuck In The First Place

Here’s an eye-opening thought: You’re always manifesting. Either positive or negative.

One thing I’ve come to realize is that most people don’t know this. Your core is constantly sending off signals to the universe.

So when you focus on the wrong things, you attract it. And soon enough, negativity just keeps on compounding.

A huge part of getting stuck is when our body is not in alignment with the universe.

So we project our negative emotions to the world. The universe picks up on this, and gives us even more negativity.

How To Manifest Your Way Out of Tough Situations

So you’re stuck, now what? As Mark Twain would say “All of us are in the gutter but some are looking at the stars”

When life hands you lemons, shift your focus to your desires. This is how you start building up positive emotions that’ll raise your vibrations.


Most people get stuck then allow their minds to dwell on their problems. This is a bad idea.


Well, if you’re looking for something different then your focus needs to be happy on outcomes.

Here are a few ways to do this:

1) Acknowledge Your Feelings.

Resisting your emotions or worse, denying them is like quicksand. You slip deeper into more difficult situations. And your problems pile on.

The best way is to embrace your feelings. Allow yourself to go through the flood of emotions. This enables you to gain a fresh understanding of the issues in your life.

So you can get ready for the next step.

2) Identify And Remove Your Obstacles.

As you reflect on yourself, you’ll slowly begin to identify hidden roadblocks.

You’ll notice that they’re the primary reasons why you find yourself in sticky situations.

Once you start to trace back, you’ll notice specific recurring events or people.

Simply detach yourself from anything weighing you down, and watch your life turn around.

3) Focus On Your Desires.

Now, it’s time to pull out the manifestation muscle.

As you probably know, we attract what we pay attention to. Tuning your mind to what matters can give your life a quick turnaround.

Make a list of things you want to start attracting. Could be anything. Just pick a few things you feel will bring you the most peace.

Once you’ve got it, focus your thoughts on it. Let them occupy your mind. And let your body experience what it feels like when those things are sitting firmly in your life.

This should really ramp up your vibrations. And align your core with the universe.

4) Spend Time Around Positivity.

Create room for positivity to grow. This will shape your life into something you’ll be proud of.

High vibrations are products of something being done right. And it’s up to you to decide what that thing is.

For example, you can watch inspirational videos to lift your spirit. Or spend more time with people that make you feel good about yourself. People that motivate you, and believe in you.

This will widen your positivity zone so the good things of life can flourish in your life.

5) Adopt A Manifestation Routine.

The beauty about the law of attraction is that everyone’s got a unique spiritual path.

Spend some time to create a manifestation routine to maintain or produce high vibrations.

You can create your vision boards. Or map out your meditation style.

Or take up any of your favorite spiritual practices.

There’s no right or wrong way to do this. Allow your mind


If there’s one thing I’ll leave you with, it’s this: You’re always manifesting. Either consciously or subconsciously.

So feed your subconscious mind with positive thoughts by being intentional with how, and where you give your attention.
